As Senior Training Analyst, you will utilise expertise in analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation to support the delivery of all aspects of a major naval capability. Our Senior Training Analyst will report to the Training Realisation Manager and plays a key role in collaboratively working with other members of Raytheon UK and partners.,
- Lead training needs analysis, curriculum development, and DSAT-compliant delivery.
- Manage stakeholders, suppliers, SMEs, engineers, and OEMs throughout programme delivery.
- Provide project reporting, presentations, and status updates to customers and management.
- Support procurement, planning, and delivery to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Coach and mentor analysts while driving curriculum change and continuous improvement.
- Research emerging learning technologies and represent the business at industry events.
- Resolve customer issues and champion EHS compliance across all activities.You must be eligible and willing to gain BPSS and SC clearance, you can expect to work largely remotely but will be required to travel up to 25% of your time., Demonstrated advanced DSAT experience
