As a Mechanic based in Hemel Hempstead, you'll play a key role in assembling, testing, repairing, and maintaining highly engineered aerospace components.

What You Will Do
- Assemble fabricated parts, components, or units according to precise specifications.
- Use hand and power tools to carry out mechanical assembly at floor stations.
- Perform rigorous tests and calibrations to ensure compliance with tolerances and product specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair units that do not meet required standards.
- Conduct inspections of incoming assemblies/components based on technical data and established procedures.
- Execute complete teardown, diagnostics, repairs, reassembly, and testing of aerospace components.
- Follow defined repair and return processes to maintain fast turnaround and high quality.
- Assist in the setup of test and repair facilities and ensure readiness for operational use.
- Undertake apprenticeship or internal training as required to advance your skillset.
