Responsibilities

  • Facilitate key Scrum events and regular team health checks
  • Promote, encourage and embed Agile principles within the team and organisation
  • Bring those more resistant to Agile ways of working along the journey toward true Agility and embrace their feedback
  • Ensure value‑driven delivery, defining value within your team's context and coaching them in how to break work down to achieve the most value
  • Proactively identify and remove impediments – thinking outside the box welcomed
  • Help teams mature in their Agile practices
  • Foster a safe space for the team to experiment, celebrate success and failure, be candid, and fail fast
  • Empower the team to problem‑solve
  • Support negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Foster positive and collaborative relationships across teams and organisations
  • Support the Product Owner with backlog prioritisation, creation of product goals and vision
  • Champion best practices and continually seek ways to improve the team, delivery and self
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide teams through complex challenges

Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
  • Knowledge and demonstrable application of Agile fundamentals
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
  • Keenness to learn, collaborate, and share best practices across the business and customers through our active Communities of Practices
  • Appreciation of latest technology trends and desire to explore software development models
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and build relationships
  • Passionate about embracing and encouraging continuous improvement and innovation
  • Requires advanced knowledge of the work area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience; usually a University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years experience

Clearance Requirements

Due to the nature of our work, all candidates must currently hold eDV clearance.

Role Type

  • Onsite: Employees who work in onsite roles will perform primarily onsite duties, including all production and maintenance functions.
  • Hybrid: Employees who work in hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite; the ratio of onsite time will be determined in partnership with your leader.
  • Remote: Employees who work in remote roles will perform work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of a site, onsite presence may be discussed with your manager.
