Responsibilities
- Managing the UK element of RTX's CRM (ERPM), ensuring the customer and pipeline opportunities are up-to-date and accurate, aligned with Raytheon US.
- Work with US ERPM Manager to ensure alignment of US into UK pursuits.
- Track and oversee RUK's engagements with customers to ensure we maximise customer engagement opportunities.
- Implement and manage the UK CRM Tool.
- MoD DCO opportunities management; daily review all MoD and UK frameworks for new opportunities and ensure appropriate BD teams are briefed.
- Collate all BD management data, KPIs etc and work with teams to drive performance.
- Drive forward BD action plans and outputs.
- Lead R&C Monthly Review Board (MRB) and supply inputs into the RUK Operations Board.
- Management of Raytheon International R&C MRB input.
- Management of Raytheon R&C MRB input.
- Coordinate the R&C Annual Operations Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan inputs.
- Coordinate the Functions AOP and budgeting process (in collaboration with Finance Business Partner).
- Management and reporting of Functional overhead budget (in collaboration with Finance Business Partner).
- Approve BD functional spending/invoices etc.
- BD involvement in events, collating briefing packs and customer messaging.
- Global Trade – manage the interface between GT and R&C to ensure all opportunities and bids have appropriate US and UK licences in place.
- R&C Lead for Teaming Approvals process; manage the Teaming approval process for RUK bids.
- R&C Lead for International Representatives and Consultants; manage RUK reps/cons onboarding, performance and payments.
- Arrange approvals gates, manage output and coordinate pan business and with US.
- Support R&C Executive Director in the management of the R&C function.
