Our APNT business works ethically, to provide Anti-Jam systems to our customers, who include but are not limited to the US DoD and Royal Air Force. The business engages in a complex engineering and legislative environment with frequent changes, and we are keen to hear from someone who can create momentum within a programme, collaborate effectively with team members to deliver results, and adapt to change.

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree-qualified in a technical, manufacturing, or project management discipline (or equivalent experience); formal PM qualification desirable
  • Proven Project Manager with experience delivering complex projects to time, cost, quality, and P&L targets
  • Strong issue, scope, risk, and opportunity management skills
  • Confident decision-maker using project data and performance metrics
  • Experience managing project finances, reporting, and forecasting
  • Ability to lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams effectively
  • Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally
  • Willing to challenge and question
  • Proven ability to create and identify new opportunities for business
  • Able to establish and nurture productive relationships, both internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in relevant industry domains
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including customer and senior leadership engagement
  • Experience in capture/proposal management and winning bids
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Proactive problem-solver, able to work under pressure
  • Credible engagement with technical specialists and budget management
