Overview
As an eLearning and Multimedia Developer, you will design and develop multimedia and eLearning solutions used across major RTS Group programmes, supporting large-scale training delivery in the automotive and finance sectors. You will combine creative design and front‑end development skills to deliver interactive, accessible, and scalable learning solutions that directly support training delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build highly engaging eLearning modules, including advanced interactions, branching scenarios and assessments
- Build responsive websites and web objects for use in learning environments
- Create assets in line with the technical specification, brand guidelines and accessibility requirements
- Embrace emerging technologies, including AI‑assisted development and modern rapid‑prototyping approaches, to enhance creativity and quality of delivery
- Work collaboratively with learning designers, graphic designers and stakeholders
- Contribute to a high‑performing and supportive production team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in digital learning content development (including a portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovation)
- Strong eLearning development skills using Storyline and Evolve
- Strong front‑end development skills using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of PHP and MySQL
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics (desirable)
- Familiarity with learning management systems (desirable)
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast‑paced team

- On‑time delivery against agreed schedules
- Quality and usability of learning outputs (low defect/rework rates)
- Accurate time tracking via Asana
