All rTriibe roles require:
- UK school-based experience or similar
- Preferred: Level 3 Qualification in Mentoring or equivalent
- Empathetic with strong listening skills
- Ability to encourage and motivate students
- Trust-building skills with students, teachers and parents
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the 24 months of your actual work
