About the Opportunity
RTN Zero Consulting Ltd. is developing an AI-powered sustainability platform that helps businesses track their environmental impact and move towards Net Zero. As part of this mission, we are offering PAID Internship Placements for individuals passionate about technology, AI, and sustainability. Each role offers hands-on experience contributing to the development of an applied artificial intelligence platform — from concept to prototype — in a professional, innovation-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Build cool, real-world features across the full stack — from responsive front-end dashboards to powerful backend services.
- Develop and connect APIs, data services, and system integrations that keep the platform running smoothly.
- Work hands-on with databases, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
- Write clean, secure, and scalable code (and learn how to make it even better through reviews and feedback).
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and sustainability teams to turn ideas into working software.
- Experiment, learn fast, ship often, and help shape the future of the RTN Zero.AI platform.
Ideal Background
- You're studying or have experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field — or you've learned by building things on your own.
- Comfortable (or actively learning) Python, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Familiar with Git/GitHub and the basics of APIs and modern web development.
- Some exposure to databases, cloud tools, or deployment workflows is a big plus.
- Curious, self-motivated, and not afraid to ask questions or try new things.
- Excited about building meaningful, user-focused software — especially tech that supports sustainability and impact.
