    • Conduct regular medication reviews, monitoring efficacy, side effects, adherence, and overall client wellbeing.
    • Provide clear, compassionate education and guidance to clients and their families regarding medication use, benefits, and potential side effects.
    • Liaise with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, coordinated, and high-quality care.
  • Clinical Governance & Quality
    • Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation in line with regulatory, legal, and organisational requirements.
    • Adhere to NMC prescribing standards, maintaining professional registration and appropriate indemnity insurance.
    • Contribute to clinical audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Keep up to date with best practice, research, and developments in ADHD treatment.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork

    • Contribute to team meetings, case discussions, and service development initiatives.
    • Provide supervision or mentorship to junior staff where appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
  • Independent Prescriber qualification (V300)
  • Experience in ADHD treatment, titration, and medication management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and inclusive approach
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team
  • A genuine commitment to person-centred, neuroaffirmative care
