About RTN Mental Health
At RTN Mental Health, we’re transforming the way neurodevelopmental and primary care mental health services are delivered across the UK. We combine clinical excellence with thoughtful innovation to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across NHS partnerships and private services. As we grow, we are building safe, effective and well-governed pathways that make mental health support more accessible, ethical and impactful. Our values sit at the heart of everything we do: Respect at our core, transformation in our actions, nurture in our care.
The Role
We are creating x2 Business Analyst roles to support a major digital transformation programme across RTN Mental Health. Working within the Technical Transformation team, and alongside the Technical Project & Implementation Manager and Systems Administrator, you will focus primarily on one of two areas:
- Role 1: Business Analyst – Clinical Systems
You will focus on clinical system transformation, including Medicus configuration, clinical workflow design, EPR implementation, clinical safety, DSPT alignment and patient data migration from legacy systems.
- Role 2: Business Analyst – CRM & Growth
You will focus on CRM transformation, including target CRM configuration, referral pathways, growth workflows, automation, integrations and improved visibility across operational and commercial journeys.
Both roles will lead discovery, gather requirements, document workflows and support the configuration and rollout of systems that are safe, secure, compliant and fit for purpose. You will help bridge the gap between existing frontline knowledge and technical configuration, ensuring RTN moves from manual and fragmented workflows into documented, repeatable and well-controlled digital processes.
Role Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Elicitation
Conduct workshops and one-to-one interviews with clinicians and other stakeholders to understand current pain points with Semble, Cerebric, HubSpot and related systems. Define clear “must-have” functional requirements for Medicus and/or the target CRM.
- Medicus / CRM Configuration & Rollout
Act as the lead for configuration and implementation of the relevant target system, supported by the Systems Administrator. For the Clinical Systems role, this will focus on Medicus and clinical workflows. For the CRM & Growth role, this will focus on the target CRM and referral, growth and operational workflows. Ensure technical requirements meet clinical safety standards and support safe data migration.
- Process Documentation
Support the transition from manual, unmanaged workflows to documented, repeatable SOPs within the new digital environment. Create clear process documentation that supports consistent ways of working.
- Compliance Integration
Manage the configuration of workflows to align with NHS DSPT requirements, including 172+ mandatory controls. Ensure system design supports information governance, access controls, audit trails and safe data handling.
- Data Migration
Oversee the migration of patient and operational data into the secure EPR and CRM environment. Support data mapping, cleansing and validation to ensure information is transferred safely and accurately.
