Are you an experienced Clinical Pharmacist looking to make a real impact in ADHD care? RTN Medical is a leading provider of mental health services, dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Pharmacist (Adult ADHD) to join our remote team.
About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist specialising in Adult ADHD, you will play a key role in prescribing, titrating, and reviewing ADHD medications in line with NICE guidance. You’ll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred pharmacological care, while empowering patients and families through education and shared decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Prescribe and review stimulant and non-stimulant ADHD medications in line with NICE guidelines and RTN protocols.
- Conduct safe and effective medication titrations, reviews, and physical health monitoring.
- Provide expert clinical advice on pharmacological management, treatment options, and side effects.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure joined-up care.
- Maintain clear and accurate clinical records, upholding the highest standards of clinical governance.
- Contribute to service development, audits, and medicines optimisation projects.
What We’re Looking For
- MPharm degree (or equivalent) and registration with the GPhC.
- Independent Prescriber qualification.
- Significant post-registration experience as a clinical pharmacist in mental health, primary care, or specialist services.
- Direct experience in ADHD prescribing, including initiation, titration, and review.
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and consultation skills.
- Compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering safe, person-centred care.
Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications or specialist training in ADHD, mental health, or neuroscience.
