Job Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessment interviews, evaluating cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning
- Use standardised diagnostic tools to assess and diagnose ASD and ADHD
- Prepare detailed clinical reports, documenting findings, assessments, and recommendations
- Critically analyze clinical data, integrating patient history and observational findings for informed diagnoses
- Conduct risk assessments, ensuring safeguarding measures are in place for patient well-being
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings, collaborating with professionals to develop patient-centered care plans
- Maintain high standards of clinical care, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in assessments
