At RTN Mental Health Solutions, we are seeking a Clinical Administrator to join our Clinical Operations team. In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of our referral process, helping clients access high-quality, timely mental health care. Key Responsibilities

  • Referral Management – Process and review client referrals, ensuring compliance with NHS and NICE criteria, and follow up with referrers for any missing information.
  • Administrative Support – Maintain accurate records, support team communications, and assist with data entry and quality assurance.
  • Governance & Compliance – Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and RTN’s professional standards.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A confident communicator, able to engage professionally with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous administrative experience in healthcare, psychological, or neurodevelopmental services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Desirable:

  • Experience with data entry, quality assurance, and record-keeping.
  • Psychology or health-related qualification (e.g., degree or certification).
  • Familiarity with NHS or mental health referral pathways.
