We are seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of mechanical services across a range of commercial and residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality building services solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical projects from initial planning through to completion
- Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, and associated mechanical systems
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings
- Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor packages
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within commercial and/or residential sectors
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building services systems
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (preferred)
- Familiarity with industry regulations and health & safety standards
