My client are a regional civil engineering and construction business. They are looking to onboard a site manager to assist in the delivery of multiple schemes in the North West working on a valued clients framework. The ideal candidate will have experience within the water sector.

Site manager responsibilities:

  • Day to day site management.
  • Managing plant, labour and materials.
  • Daily diaries.
  • Material procurement.
  • Managing health and safety.
  • Early warning signs.
  • Working alongside and reporting to the project and contract manager.
  • Daily briefings.
  • Liaising with the client, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • CSCS card - Gold/ Black or White.
  • SMSTS.
  • First aid.
  • TWC/ TWS - Desirable.
  • Experience within the water sector.
  • Knowledge and understanding of NEC contract 4.
  • IT literate.
  • Full UK driving licence.
