We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Site Engineer for a long-term residential development project in Essex, offering approximately 12 months of continuous work.
Responsibilities
- Setting out for:
- Roads and highways
- Drainage works
- Services and utilities
- Foundations and associated infrastructure
- QA and as-built surveys
- Checking line and level
- Producing and maintaining site records
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are completed to specification and programme
Qualifications
- Previous experience on housing or residential infrastructure projects
- Strong setting out experience
- Competent using GPS and robotic total station equipment
- CSCS card
- Engineering qualification preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
