Site Manager / Foreman – Groundworks

Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversees day‑to‑day groundworks operations on site.
- Manages site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
- Ensures work is completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
- Co‑ordinates with clients, engineers and project management.
- Conducts site inspections and maintains health & safety compliance.
- Completes site records and reports progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Groundworks Foreman or Site Manager.
- Strong background in groundworks, roads & sewers, drainage, foundations, and reinforced concrete works.
- Valid SMSTS (preferred) or SSSTS.
- Valid CSCS card.
- First Aid at Work (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence.
