Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee remediation, piling and groundworks on a major civil engineering project.
- Manage and oversee daily piling, remediation and groundworks activities.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and plant operations.
- Coordinate labour, materials and plant to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
- Manage subcontractors and monitor progress, quality and performance.
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with RAMS, health and safety procedures and project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate site records and ensure works are completed to the required standards.
- Previous Site Manager experience within civil engineering.
- Strong experience in piling, remediation and/or groundworks.
- Gold CSCS Card.
- SMSTS.
- First Aid.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
