We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to work on a wastewater treatment scheme in Luton. This is an opportunity to join an established civil engineering contractor delivering essential infrastructure works within a regulated water environment.
Responsibilities:
- Setting out works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme
- Supporting the delivery of civil engineering works on a live wastewater treatment site
- Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager
- Managing QA documentation, ITPs, and as-built records
- Carrying out site inspections and quality checks
- Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring progress on site
- Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with HSEQ requirements
- Assisting with surveys and resolving technical issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects
- Experience on wastewater, sewage treatment, or utilities schemes preferred
- Strong setting out and surveying skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Valid CSCS card
- Good communication and organisational skills
