Position Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to support the delivery of a major tunnelling, piling, and concrete infrastructure project.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term programme of works involving tunnelling operations, piling works, reinforced concrete structures, and associated heavy civil engineering packages.

  • Site Agent Responsibilities
  • Support the management and delivery of day-to-day site operations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site engineers, and operational teams.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project programme.
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance, site records, and project documentation.
  • Assist with planning, progress reporting, and client coordination.
  • Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all site activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a Sub Agent on tunnelling, piling, reinforced concrete, or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Good understanding of temporary works, excavation safety, and reinforced concrete construction.
  • Experience coordinating multiple work fronts and subcontractors.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
