Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Managing and mentoring a team of Site Engineers and Section Engineers.
- Coordinating engineering activities across multiple work fronts.
- Reviewing and managing technical documentation, permits, and site paperwork.
- Ensuring all engineering records, QA documentation, and as-built information are maintained accurately.
- Liaising with design teams to resolve technical queries and coordinate design changes.
- Supporting project planning activities and monitoring progress against programme.
- Reviewing and implementing RAMS, ITPs, and work package plans.
- CSCS Card.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
- Strong experience managing Site Engineers and engineering teams.
- Good understanding of planning processes and programme management.
- Knowledge and experience of SSOW (Safe System of Work) procedures.
- Strong understanding of QA processes, engineering documentation, and project controls.
