My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to join their team in Exeter, with an immediate start available. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong civil engineering background to join an established project team. Site Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Supervising subcontractors and site teams
- Toolbox talks
- Client and stakeholder liaison
- Health and safety compliance
- Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation
- Coordinating labour, plant and materials
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
- Monitoring quality and maintaining site records
- Reporting progress to the Project Manager
SMSTS - Previous Site Management experience
- Strong civil engineering background
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements
- IT literate
- Full UK driving licence
