We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a large student accommodation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising day-to-day electrical works on site
- Managing electricians and subcontractors
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
- Coordinating with site management and other trades
- Conducting quality inspections and overseeing testing/commissioning
- Maintaining health & safety standards and site records
Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising electrical works on large residential or student accommodation projects
- Gold ECS SSSTS / SMSTS
- Strong understanding of commercial/residential electrical installations
- Ability to read drawings and manage labour effectively
- Good communication and leadership skills
