Site Manager - Groundworks – Bicester
Immediate start. Outside IR35 long‑term work opportunity with a competitive negotiable day rate. Hands‑on Site Manager required for a groundworks project in Bicester to take control of an active site and drive works forward safely and efficiently.
The Role
- Overseeing day‐to‑day site operations
- Managing labour and subcontractors on site
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
- Monitoring progress against programme
- Maintaining site paperwork and reporting
- Driving productivity and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on groundworks / civils projects
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and external works
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work (preferred)
- Ability to start immediately
