We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a large scale commercial project. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high quality build while leading and coordinating skilled electrical teams on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all on site electrical works in line with project plans and specifications
  • Lead electricians and subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Monitor progress against schedules and report updates to project management
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and toolbox talks
  • Manage materials, resources, and deliveries effectively
  • Liaise with other trades and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and regulations
  • Relevant electrical qualifications and supervisory certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
