Freelance Groundworks Supervisor – Long Term Work

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Groundworks Supervisor for a long-term contract with a leading contractor within the Residential sector. You will be working with a company that has an extremely busy order book and will have no problem keeping you busy.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervising all groundworks activities on site
  • Managing site operatives and subcontractors
  • Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme
  • Coordinating daily tasks and reporting progress to site management
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Groundworks (or equivalent)
  • Gold CSCS Card (Supervisor level)
  • SSSTS
  • Forklift driver ticket desirable
  • Proven experience supervising groundworks projects
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on a freelance basis
