Freelance Groundworks Supervisor – Long Term Work
We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Groundworks Supervisor for a long-term contract with a leading contractor within the Residential sector. You will be working with a company that has an extremely busy order book and will have no problem keeping you busy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervising all groundworks activities on site
- Managing site operatives and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme
- Coordinating daily tasks and reporting progress to site management
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Groundworks (or equivalent)
- Gold CSCS Card (Supervisor level)
- SSSTS
- Forklift driver ticket desirable
- Proven experience supervising groundworks projects
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work on a freelance basis
