We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a large-scale residential development. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works across the development, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate electrical installations across a residential scheme. * Manage and support electricians and electrical subcontractors on site. * Monitor progress and ensure works are completed to programme. * Ensure all electrical works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and current regulations. * Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure a high standard of workmanship. * Coordinate with the Site Manager, Project Manager, other trades, and subcontractors. * Identify and resolve technical issues on site. * Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times. * Complete relevant site documentation, inspections, and reports. * Assist with commissioning, snagging, and handover of completed properties. Electrical Supervisor Requirements * Gold ECS * SSSTS * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally within residential construction. * Strong knowledge of electrical installations and current regulations. * Experience supervising electrical teams on housing or apartment developments. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. * Good communication and organisational skills. * Strong understanding of health & safety requirements. * Relevant electrical qualifications.
