We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Electrical Supervisor to oversee works on a commercial project. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive approach to health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site
- Manage and support a team of electricians and subcontractors
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and regulations
- Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress reporting
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth delivery
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects
- Gold ECS
- SSSTS
- Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations (BS 7671)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Enhanced DBS check (required and must be current)
