We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical installation works on a major commercial construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site electrical operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all electrical installation activities on site.
- Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Monitor project progress and report regularly to the Project Manager.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Plan labour requirements and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and other trades.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project deadlines and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Black ECS / Gold ECS SMSTS / SSSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices, regulations, and standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
