We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Manager with a strong commercial background who is looking to progress into full project management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical professional who wants to take the next step in their career, gaining increased responsibility and exposure to end-to-end project delivery.
You will support and manage commercial electrical projects across London while being based locally in Buckinghamshire, working closely with senior project managers, site teams, and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management and delivery of commercial electrical projects
- Support project planning, programming, and coordination of labour and materials
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality standards
- Support commercial duties including variations, valuations, and cost control
- Ensure health & safety compliance across all sites
- Attend site meetings and client meetings as required
- Electrical background with experience on commercial projects
- Currently working as an Electrical Manager, Supervisor, Engineer, or similar role
- Keen to move into or develop further within project management
- Good understanding of project delivery, coordination, and commercial awareness
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to travel to London project sites
- Must be local to Buckinghamshire
- Clear progression into a full Electrical Project Manager role
- Exposure to high-quality commercial projects in London
- Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in the office
