We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman for a major project in Uckfield.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience running a site team and must hold SSSTS or SMSTS.
We are particularly interested in a Working Foreman who can bring and manage their own experienced gang of lads.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman / Site Supervisor
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS
- Strong knowledge of site health & safety requirements
- Able to read and work from drawings and specifications
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Reliable and able to manage a team effectively
- Ability to bring your own gang of experienced workers is highly desirable
- Relevant construction experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating your gang on site
- Managing day-to-day works and ensuring programmes are met
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
- Coordinating with xgikmsk Site Management and other trades
- Ensuring work is completed to the required specification and quality
