Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sub Agent. The role will be focused on enabling works on site, working closely with the Site Agent and project team to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
This is a site-based role for an initial long term contract, with potential for extension depending on project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the day-to-day management of site operations.
- Managing enabling works making performed saftly.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
- Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme.
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of health & safety on site.
- Assisting with RAMS, permits, and site documentation.
- Liaising with the client, local authority, and design teams as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sub Agent or similar role on substations.
- Experience with enabling works.
- CSCS (essential).
- SMSTS or SSSTS (essential).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
