I am currently working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor who are looking to hire an experienced sub agent due to a number of new contracts being awarded. Sub Agent Responsibilities: * Management of subcontractors * Ensure that inspection and test plans, risk assessments, and method statements for the control of the works are reviewed, approved, and adhered to. * Management of health and safety. * Managing the engineering team. * Daily record keeping and briefings * Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification. * Site supervisor requirements: Site Agent Requirements: * Right to work in the UK. * CSCS card – Gold/Black. * SSSTS/SMSTS ticket holder. * Full UK driving licence. * Previous experience within the civil engineering sector ideally water based. * Strong communication skills.
