We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent / Sub Agent to support delivery on a major heavy civils and clean water infrastructure project in Southampton. Works include cofferdam backfill, clean water pipework installation, and associated civils packages on a long-term programme of works.

Agent Responsibilities:

  • Support the management and delivery of site operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and site teams
  • Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme
  • Maintain quality assurance and site documentation
  • Assist with planning, reporting, and client coordination

Agent Requirements:

  • Previous experience on heavy civils or water infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of clean water / pipeline works preferred
  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • Good understanding of temporary works and site safety procedures
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
