We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent / Sub Agent to support delivery on a major heavy civils and clean water infrastructure project in Southampton. Works include cofferdam backfill, clean water pipework installation, and associated civils packages on a long-term programme of works.
Agent Responsibilities:
- Support the management and delivery of site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and site teams
- Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme
- Maintain quality assurance and site documentation
- Assist with planning, reporting, and client coordination
Agent Requirements:
- Previous experience on heavy civils or water infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of clean water / pipeline works preferred
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS Card
- Good understanding of temporary works and site safety procedures
- Strong organisational and communication skills
