We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established contractor on a freelance basis for a project in Southall. The role involves managing RC frame and groundworks works on a live construction site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of site activities for RC frame and groundworks packages
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
- Maintaining site health & safety and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Liaising with project managers, engineers, and quantity surveyors
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
- Monitoring progress and reporting on site performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on RC frame and groundworks projects

- Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid
