We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager / QA Manager to join a high-profile data centre project. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong electrical background and proven experience in quality assurance processes, particularly using digital construction tools such as Procore and Fieldview.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee electrical installation works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality.
  • Lead QA/QC processes across the electrical scope of works.
  • Implement and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs).
  • Carry out site inspections and audits, ensuring all installations meet required standards.
  • Manage and track quality documentation using Procore and/or Fieldview.
  • Ensure all snagging, commissioning, and handover documentation is completed and closed out efficiently.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and client representatives.
  • Support commissioning activities and ensure readiness for system handover.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager and/or QA Manager on data centre or large-scale M&E projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installations within critical environments.
  • Hands-on experience using Procore and/or Fieldview for QA/QC management.
  • Excellent understanding of quality standards, inspections, and documentation processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC/HND, or equivalent).
  • SMSTS or equivalent (preferred).

Desirable:

  • Previous data centre project experience.
  • Experience with commissioning processes.
  • Familiarity with client QA requirements in mission-critical environments.
