We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a groundworks project based in Derby.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
- Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
- Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety.
- Keeping site diaries.
- Amending and working to RAMS.
- Quality Assurance.
- Managing the labour and putting men to work.
- Providing progress reports.
- Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.
Site Manager Requirements:
- CSCS.
- SMSTS.
- First aid.
- NVQ Level 6 (ideally).
- Highly experienced in groundworks and civils projects for specialist contractors.
- 8+ years management experience.
