Site Manager

My client is a regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a new infrastructure scheme for a valued client. The scope of works being delivered that you will be managing will include 278 works, drainage, earthworks, and utilities.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.
• Managing plant, labour, and materials.
• Record keeping.
• Managing health and safety.
• Task briefings.
• Progress meetings.
• Liaising with the client and key stakeholders.
• Material ordering.
• Daily diaries.

Site Manager Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card.
• SMSTS.
• First aid.
• Previous experience in a site manager\’s role.
• Experience with 278 works, drainage, and earthworks.
• IT literate.
• Full UK driving licence.
