My client are a Lancashire based construction and civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver numerous projects across the AMP 8 framework for a valued client. My client are delivering both non-infrastructure and infrastructure works across the framework.
Site manager responsibilities:
- Working alongside and reporting to the contracts manager.
- Daily briefings.
- Managing plant, labour and materials.
- Supervision of subcontractors.
- Detailed record keeping.
- Writing and amending RAMS.
- Attending weekly meetings.
- Managing health and safety.
- Quality assurance and quality control.
Site manager requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- NVQ level 6.
- Black CSCS.
- SMSTS.
- First aid.
- TWS/TWC - desirable.
- Previous experience with either waste or clean water.
- IT literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
