My client are a regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a civil engineering package on a commercial development in Norfolk. Site manager responsibilities: * Carrying Out Inductions and enforcing H&S. * Understanding and addressing RAMS, COSHH, Lift Plans etc. * Working to programmes. * Supervising a variety of trades and sub-contractors. * Working alongside site engineer to manage setting out, cut/fill requirements. * Experienced in all aspects of Civil Engineering- drainage, kerbing, ducting, foundations, attenuation, surfacing etc. * Communicating effectively with client, project team, trades and sub-contractors. * Ensuring work carried out within quality standards. Site manager requirements: * Right to work in the UK. * NVQ level 3 or equivalent. * SMSTS. * First aid ticket. * Experience with groundworks, civils, and drainage. * IT literate. * Full UK driving licence.
