We are currently looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major RC Structures package in Leamington Spa. This is a freelance position running until February offering outside IR35 status and competitive day rates. Key Details: * Role: Site Engineer * Location: Leamington Spa * Project: RC Structures – heavy civils/infrastructure * Duration: Until February * Rate: £300 – £400 per day * IR35 Status: Outside IR35 * Start: Immediate Responsibilities: * Setting out and surveying for reinforced concrete works * Ensuring accurate delivery of works in line with design and specifications * Managing QA records, site diaries, and as-builts * Liaising with subcontractors and site teams to coordinate daily activities * Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards on site Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience working on RC structures or heavy civils packages * Proficient with setting out equipment (Leica, Trimble etc.) and AutoCAD * HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering or similar * Valid CSCS card * Right to work in the UK This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing site team on a technically demanding RC package with stable work through to early 2026.
