SITE ENGINEER – FOOTBRIDGES

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to deliver three footbridge structures on a live project in Barnet. The role is for an immediate start and will run for approximately three months.
Role & Responsibilities
Setting out for footbridge substructures and superstructures
Managing day-to-day engineering activities on site
Carrying out QA inspections and maintaining ITPs
Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications
Liaising with subcontractors, site management, and design teams
Overseeing concrete works, steel installation, and associated civils activities
Producing as-built drawings and site records
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and RAMS
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civil engineering or bridge projects
Strong setting-out skills using Total Station
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
CSCS xiskglj card (Gold or Black preferred)
SMSTS / SSSTS desirable
Previous experience with footbridges or similar structures advantageous
Package
£300 – £400 per day depending on experience

Suitable candidates should be available at short notice and have relevant civils or bridge engineering experience
