We’re looking for a Site Engineer to join our team on a carriageway realignment scheme in Ossett. This short-term contract is ideal for an engineer with highways experience who is immediately available and confident managing setting-out and site QA on a live road project. You’ll be working closely with the site management team to ensure works are delivered accurately, safely, and to spec. Key Duties: * Setting out for kerb lines, drainage, carriageway tie-ins and levels * Working from approved drawings and liaising with design/engineering teams * Managing as-built records and site paperwork * Monitoring quality and assisting with ITPs and method statements * Supporting safe delivery in accordance with CDM regulations * Working with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme Requirements: * Minimum HND / Degree in Civil Engineering or similar * Experience on highways or roadworks projects * Proficient with total station and GPS equipment (e.g., Leica / Trimble) * Valid CSCS card (essential) * SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred) * Full UK driving licence * Able to start immediately and commit for the full contract term If this sounds of interest please apply and one of our team will be in touch
