We are recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major civils contractor delivering essential works on a water treatment plant project in Slough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out and surveying for civil works (concrete structures, pipework, tanks, etc.)
- Ensuring all works are delivered safely and to quality standards
- Supporting the Site Manager and Project Engineer with technical input
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities
- Maintaining accurate site records, QA documents, and as-built drawings
- Attending site meetings and liaising with the client and design teams
Requirements:
- Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or related field
- Previous experience working on water treatment plants or within the water sector (preferably AMP frameworks)
- Strong setting out experience with GPS and total station equipment
- CSCS card essential; EUSR, SSSTS, or SMSTS desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
