RTL Group are working with a leading civil engineering contractor and is looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join a major water treatment infrastructure project in Derby. The role will focus on overseeing civils works including drainage, pipework, concrete structures and associated utilities.\\nThis is an excellent opportunity to take a hands-on leadership role within a well-established project team, with long-term pipeline of work available.\\nKey Responsibilities\\n * \\n Supervise and coordinate direct labour and subcontractors on site\\n * \\n Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification\\n * \\n Maintain daily site records and ensure HSEQ standards are upheld\\n * \\n Liaise with Site Engineer and Site Manager to ensure work aligns with programme\\n * \\n Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks\\n * \\n Support with ordering materials and managing deliveries\\nRequirements\\n * \\n Proven experience as a Site Foreman or General Foreman on civils projects\\n * \\n Background in water, utilities, or wastewater infrastructure (advantageous)\\n * \\n Strong knowledge of drainage, ducting, reinforced concrete, and groundwork\\n * \\n Valid SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid\\n * \\n Ability to lead by example and drive safety and quality on site\\nIf This Role Sounds Of Interest Please Apply
