We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Electrical Testing Engineer to play a key role in the growth and development of our electrical testing division.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced testing engineer with strong commercial awareness and leadership capability, who is ready to take ownership, organise teams, and help build a testing function to the next level.
Electrical Tester Key Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating a team of electrical test engineers
- Planning and managing testing programmes across multiple sites
- Carrying out and overseeing electrical testing and inspection works
- Ensuring all certification, reporting, and documentation is accurate and compliant
- Acting as the technical and commercial point of contact for testing works
- Supporting the development and expansion of the electrical testing division
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Testing Engineer
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical testing and inspection
- Commercially aware, with the ability to plan work efficiently and profitably
- Experience organising, mentoring, or leading teams of test engineers
- Confident dealing with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to play a key role in business growth
