RTL Group is seeking a Project Manager for a 10-month project with a leading Groundworks subcontractor. The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day on-site activities, reporting to senior management on progress, costs, revenue, risks, and issues, as well as tracking key delivery performance. The role also involves managing direct labor and ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the project team and supply chain to control package cost, time, and quality standards.
- Proactively manage Health and Safety on site, maintain safety targets, and seek input from the team on safety improvements.
- Engage with the client regularly to understand their objectives and communicate these to the team.
- Maintain accurate records on progress, Health and Safety, and risks.
- Conduct monthly reviews of operational excellence with Bid and Pre-construction specialists.
- Uphold the client's core values: Focused, Approachable, Caring, and Efficient.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous project management experience with a subcontractor.
- Strong planning, coordination, communication, team management, and programming skills.
- Black/Gold CSCS card.
- SMSTS certification.
- Over 10 years of experience in industrial and Groundwork projects.
