Our client, a leading national civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of a marine civil engineering project.
Project Engineer Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of marine civil engineering works, ensuring delivery to programme and specification.
- Prepare and review RAMS, ITPs, and technical documentation.
- Provide engineering support to site teams.
- Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor and manage temporary works in line with design and safety requirements.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Project Engineer Requirements:
- Experience working on marine projects and/or heavy civils (e.g. sheet piling, quay walls, coastal works).
- Strong understanding of temporary works and marine safety procedures.
- Proficient in setting out and interpreting technical drawings.
- CSCS Card and SMSTS.
This role is outside IR35 with accommodation provided.
