We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Site Supervisor to lead a high-profile hard and soft landscaping scheme in Poplar. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a long-term project from the outset, ensuring smooth delivery, strong team coordination, and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management and supervision of on-site landscaping teams
- Overseeing hard and soft landscaping works, ensuring safety, quality, and programme milestones are met
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and site protocols
- Managing site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager / Supervisor within landscaping or external works
- Strong knowledge of hard landscaping (paving, structures, groundworks) and soft landscaping
- SMSTS / SSSTS qualification preferred
- CSCS card essential
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
