We’re seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our team on an exciting new build care home project, now progressing through the second fix stage. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a high-spec, multi-unit residential healthcare facility.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all second fix plumbing works on-site.
- Lead a team of plumbers and subcontractors to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with site management, other trades, and the main contractor.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor materials usage and stock levels.
- Carry out inspections and snagging to maintain high standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising plumbing teams on new build residential or care home projects.
- Strong knowledge of second fix plumbing installations.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
